The problem is your SATA controller driver. It probably detected as Dell, as Dell tend to use other manufacture controllers (which doesn't sale direct to consumer) and rebrand it as theirs, and uses the dame default drivers. So it says 'Dell', instead of 'ASUS'. Probably there is no way of knowing, and it just uses Dell as it is more common. You have a button at the bottom right which says Uninstall and Continue. It would attempt to uninstall the drivers, and continue with the installation if it was successful at removing it.
Once Windows 10 is updated, Windows Update probably would detect it, or you can just re-install any missing driver from ASUS website (alternatively you can ensure you have the latest drivers for all you hardware before starting the upgrade process).
